About Appliance Repair Birmingham

Proper appliance repairs in Birmingham. Prices up front.

We’re an independent appliance repair service for homes across Birmingham and the West Midlands. We fix washing machines, dishwashers, fridge freezers, ovens, tumble dryers and cookers. Our experienced engineers make getting your appliance repaired straightforward, helping you get back to your daily routine.

When it packs up, you want it sorted. Not a sales pitch.

A washing machine that stops mid-cycle or a fridge that’s gone warm throws the whole week out. You want someone who turns up when they said they would, tests the appliance rather than guessing, and tells you plainly what’s wrong and what it’ll cost.

That’s the job as we see it. Labour is priced before you book. Parts are priced before they’re fitted. And if the appliance isn’t worth repairing, we’ll tell you, even though it means there’s no repair for us to do.

House rules

Four rules. Hold us to them.

  1. Price before details

Choose the appliance and add your postcode, and the labour price appears. We only ask who you are if you decide to book.

  2. A person checks every job

Someone on the repair desk reviews each request and contacts you to agree the visit.

  3. No part without a yes

If a part is needed, the engineer explains why and what it costs. Nothing is fitted until you agree.

  4. Straight advice

When a new appliance makes more sense, we say so before you spend anything more. A repair has to stack up.

The repair works

Straight answers. Sound workmanship.

A practical service for Birmingham households, with the labour price established before the job reaches the bench.

  • Prepared visits

Installation and access details reviewed before attendance.

  • Experienced hands

Engineers matched to the appliance and reported fault.

  • Itemised parts

Replacement components require approval before fitting.

  • Honest outcome

A replacement is advised when repair would not stack up.
