Practical know-how.
Proper repairs.

Your Birmingham engineers

Skilled work.
Straight answers.

You want your appliance working and your day back on track. Our experienced engineers bring the know-how to fix the fault and the care to make the visit straightforward.

  1. Quick help. A thorough repair.

Same-day or next-day appointments are available where the local diary allows. Your engineer works efficiently to get things running again, with time taken to test the appliance before finishing.

  2. Experience across the brands.

Our engineers bring practical knowledge of all major appliance brands, from Bosch and Beko to Hotpoint and Samsung. They trace the fault, explain what’s wrong and put their experience to work on the repair.

  3. Care for your kitchen, too.

Careful handling around cabinets, floors and worktops, with disruption kept to a minimum. Your engineer respects your home and leaves the work area clean and tidy.

  4. Honest advice. Nothing talked up.

Expect clear answers, useful care advice and a straight view on whether a repair is worth the money. Any parts are priced for your approval first. If replacement makes more sense, we’ll say so.

How it works

Broken to back on. In four steps.

No call-out guesswork and no surprise invoice. You see the labour price before you’ve given us a name or a number.

  1. Price it

Pick the appliance, the make and how it’s fitted, then add your postcode. The labour price comes up on screen.

  2. Tell us the symptoms

What it’s doing, any error code and when it started. Working out the cause is our job, not yours.

  3. We confirm the visit

The repair desk reviews the job and contacts you with a real appointment, not a slot that falls through.

  4. Fixed, with your say‑so

The engineer diagnoses at home. Any part is priced first and only fitted once you’ve agreed.

The repair works

Straight answers. Sound workmanship.

A practical service for Birmingham households, with the labour price established before the job reaches the bench.

The repair desk

How a Birmingham repair runs

Every job follows the same order: price it, plan it, diagnose it, then repair it with your agreement. That holds whether the appliance is a washing machine in a B1 apartment, a cooker in a Harborne terrace or a fridge freezer in a Solihull kitchen.

The price

The labour price is worked out from the appliance, its make, how it is fitted and your postcode, and you see it before giving any contact details. Integrated machines take longer to pull out and refit, so that time is already in the figure.

The booking

Your address and preferred dates are recorded online, but no slot is treated as booked until the repair desk has reviewed the job. They contact you with real availability.

Getting in

Tell us about anything that affects the visit: restricted parking around Moseley, a concierge desk in the city centre, cellar steps in an older house or tight cabinetry around a built-in machine. The visit is then planned with the right time and tools.

The diagnosis

The engineer finds the actual fault in your home. All you need to describe is what the appliance is doing, any error code on the display and where it is fitted.

Parts

If a part is needed, you are told what it is and what it costs before anything is ordered or fitted. If the repair does not make sense for the machine’s age or condition, you hear that first.

What we cover

Washing machines, dishwashers, fridge freezers, ovens, tumble dryers and cookers. Older cooking appliances and less common models are checked for suitability, and for any qualification the work requires, before an engineer is sent.

How much will the repair cost?

Choose the appliance, the make and whether it’s freestanding or built in, then add your postcode. The fixed labour price shows on screen before we ask for any contact details. It covers diagnosing the fault and the repair work. If a part is needed, it’s priced separately and only fitted once you’ve said yes.

Which parts of Birmingham do you cover?

Neighbourhoods right across the city, from the centre and Digbeth out to Sutton Coldfield, Longbridge and Castle Vale, plus Solihull, Sandwell, Dudley and North Worcestershire. The quote form checks your full postcode and tells you straight away whether an engineer can come to you.

Do I need to know what’s wrong with it?

No. Tell us what it’s doing, any error code on the display and when it started. Finding the cause is the engineer’s job, and they test the appliance before recommending anything.

Is it worth repairing, or should I replace it?

A repair is often the better value, but not always. If the age, condition or parts cost means a new appliance makes more sense, the engineer will say so before you spend anything on parts.

Can you repair built-in appliances?

Yes. Choose the built-in option when you price the job so the quote allows time to remove and refit the appliance. Leave it in place, and mention any plinths, cabinet doors or tiled floors in the way.

When can an engineer come out?

Pick a preferred day and a morning or afternoon slot when you book. The repair desk checks the job against the engineers’ diaries and contacts you during opening hours (Mon–Sat 8:00–20:00) to confirm a time.
